Our special processing: Know-how combined with the creativity for cutting-edge solutions

Eurostick performs different types of processing on fabrics. Our know-how, combined with our creativity, allows us to research and find always new and suitable cutting-edge solutions for the needs of customers.

Pleated Fabrics

According to customer needs, our fabrics can be pleated in rolls or panels as they are suitable for every sector, from underwear to lingerie, from beachwear to clothing.

The pleating of fabrics is a sartorial technique that, through special machines with blade movement, creates permanent folds. It is an elegant and sober process as this technique gives the fabric a linear and clean shape and a fantasy created only by the folds.

Ultrasonic cutting

The bands are made using ultrasonic technology. This type of special processing allows to cut and to close at the same time the synthetic fibers of the fabrics, with the result of avoiding the typical fraying effect. This type of special processing is used for accessories and inserts but also for fast, precise and resistant seams.

Sourcing

We import from suppliers around the world in order to offer original and trendy fabrics and to constantly expand our product range. We are always looking for fabrics that can meet all the needs and requests of customers.
Fabrics and materials are selected for quality, variety, durability and in full compliance with REACH regulations.

Flock

The flock printing is obtained by cutting finely pre-cut fibers, thus being very soft and light. This technique is used for monochromatic graphics. Moreover, being resistant, the final use meets various sectors including clothing and lingerie.

Embossing

The term embossed indicates a fabric with a relief surface, a carved footprint or an ornamental pattern. The technique of embossing is an operation that allows to imprint on the surface of the fabrics the drawings previously carved on the cylinder.

Lamination

Lamination is the operation to make the fabrics more opaque or shinier, depending on the needs.

At high temperatures, the special laminating machine transfers a thin laminated wire (metallic PES foil) onto the surface of a fabric previously printed with adhesive resins.
The foil can adhere in a total and uniform way or be distributed in a drawing on the fabric and is available in different metallic, pastel, multicolour or holographic effects.
